Ingredients

  • 1 firm peach, halved and pitted

  • 1 teaspoon canola oil

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 4 scoops vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt

  • 2 gingersnap cookies, crumbled

Directions

  • Heat an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grate and the peach halves with the canola oil.

  • Place the peaches on the grill and cook until tender and warm or for about 10 minutes.

  • Put the hot grilled peaches on to a plate, seed side up. Top with brown sugar and wait until sugar melts.

  • Top the peaches with 2 scoops of frozen yogurt and the gingersnap cookies.
