1 firm peach, halved and pitted
1 teaspoon canola oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 scoops vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
2 gingersnap cookies, crumbled
Heat an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grate and the peach halves with the canola oil.
Place the peaches on the grill and cook until tender and warm or for about 10 minutes.
Put the hot grilled peaches on to a plate, seed side up. Top with brown sugar and wait until sugar melts.
Top the peaches with 2 scoops of frozen yogurt and the gingersnap cookies.
