5 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 1/2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
3 1/2 tablespoons Herbes de Provence
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 thin baguette, cut into thick slices
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Preheat a grill to high heat.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the garlic, blue cheese, Herbs de Provence, crushed red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Thoroughly coat each baguette slice with the blue cheese sauce.
Grill the baguette slices for about 1 minute on each side or until toasted.
