1/2 cup mango chutney
4 (8-inch) multigrain tortillas
8 ounces low-sodium shaved ham
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled queso fresco
3 tablespoons chopped green onions

Turn on a grill and set to medium-high heat.
On one half of each tortilla, evenly spread two tablespoons of mango chutney.
On top on the chutney, place an equal amount of ham, cheese, and onion and fold the tortilla in half.
Coat the grill rack with cooking spray and add the tortillas.
Grill each side for 2-3 minutes. The tortillas should be golden brown and the cheese should melt.
Cut the quesadillas into four wedges per tortilla.
