Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup herb-flavored stuffing mix

  • Four 4-ounce cod fillets

  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Spray a light coat of cooking spray onto a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

  • Place the stuffing in a sealed bag.

  • Lightly coat the cod fillets with honey. Add one fillet to the bag of stuffing, and gently shake to evenly coat the fillet with stuffing. Place the cod onto the baking pan, and repeat the breading procedures with the remaining fillets.

  • Place baking pan into the oven, and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the cod becomes opaque throughout. Place each cod fillet onto a dinner plate, and serve immediately.
