2 tablespoons canola oil
16 ounces lean ground turkey
7 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoons sweet marsala wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound bag coleslaw mix
15-20 egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, stirring consistently to chop up the meat. After the turkey has finished cooking, add the next 5 ingredients (green onions to coleslaw mix), and cook until the cabbage in the coleslaw begins to wilt (approximately 2-3 minutes). Spread a portion of the filling onto a wrapper, and roll accordingly.
Coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place rolls onto the cookie sheet and spray with additional cooking spray. Place the sheet into the oven, and bake for 7-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
