7 pounds tomatoes
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium beet
2 large carrots
3 cloves garlic
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 quarts water
Using a juicer or blender, juice the tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, beet, carrots, and garlic.
Put the juice in a large pot and add the sugar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and water. Stir together well.
Bring the mixture to boil and boil for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
