8-10 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup cashews
2 cups mixed vegetables
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 cups cooked basmati rice
Heat the ghee in the frying pan.
Add garlic and cashews and fry until browned.
Add the vegetables and fry until fully cooked.
Add the spices to taste.
Add the rice and mix well.
