1 pound potatoes, boiled
2 onions, chopped
1/2 cup coriander, chopped
2 tablespoons green chutney
8 bread slices
Canola oil, to fry
1/3 teaspoon salt
Mash the boiled potatoes finely.
Mix together the coriander, onion, mashed potatoes, and salt.
Add the green chutney to this mixture and mix again.
Make small rolls of this mixture and put aside on a plate.
Now, take a bowl and put some water in it and add pinch of salt.
Remove the edges from bread slices and dip the slices in water.
Squeeze the water gently from each slice.
Place a potato roll in each slice and fold the edges to cover the potato roll.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with any chutney.
