1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1-2 cups corn cereal (flakes)
1/4 cup chopped onion
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan.
Using a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, vegetable oil, soup mix, walnuts, cereal, and onion.
Transfer to the prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour.
