1 cup crunchy wheat and barley cereal
3 cups fat-free strawberryyogurt
One 10-ounce bag (about 2 1/2 cups) frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup light or fat-free whipped topping (optional)
Line a baking pan with foil and add the cereal evenly to the bottom of the pan.
Combine the yogurt, strawberries, and condensed milk in a blender and pour the mixture over of the cereal. Smoothing the yogurt mixture to the edges of the pan and cover and freeze for 8 hours or until firm.
Use the edges of the foil to remove the bars from the pan and thaw for 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and top with whipped topping.
