Ingredients

  • 3 cups low fat cottage cheese

  • 1 cup mango nectar

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

  • 3/4 cup diced mango

Directions

  • Add the cottage cheese, mango nectar, sugar, honey, lemon juice, ginger, and mango to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  • Add the mixture to an ice cream maker that is approximately 1 1/2 quarts or larger. Refer to the ice cream maker instructions for proper freezing technique.
