1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup sour cream
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Clean and cut the cauliflower into florets. Steam or boil the florets and remove them from water. Place them into a pan or large bowl.
Mash the cauliflower with a fork or potato masher.
Once mashed, mix in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
Place the cauliflower mixture into a baking dish. Cover with a lid and bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
