1/2 teaspoon honey
5 grams unsweetened, dry powder cocoa powder
1 stick of cinnamon
2 ounces espresso
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 grams dark chocolate
In a saucepan, mix the water, honey, cocoa, and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat, stirring periodically for 2 minutes or until the ingredients dissolve. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the espresso and simmer until heated.
