1 12-ounce bag meatless burger crumbles
8 ounce package light cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
24 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
Preheat an oven to 425°F.
Sauté the vegetarian crumbles in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Combine the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Fold the crumbles into the cheese mixture.
Add about one tablespoon of the stuffing mixture to each half jalapeño.
Put stuffed peppers cheese side up on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
