Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, slivered

  • 1/2 cup raw pecans

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts

  • 1/2 teaspoon canola oil

  • Dash of salt

Directions

  • Place the nuts on an oven safe pan and roast at 350°F, until light brown.

  • Allow the nuts to cool. In a food processer, add the nuts, canola oil, and salt, and process until the nuts are pulverized and the nut butter forms. Process for a few minutes longer for a very smooth texture.

  • Remove the nut butter from the food processor, add to a sterile glass container, and refrigerate.
