1/4 cup sugar
3 cups cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup blueberries, fresh
1 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh
1 orange, fresh
2 cups coffee
1 cup club soda
Brew 2 cups of coffee, add 2 ice cubes to the pot, and let it cool.
While waiting for the coffee to brew, add the cranberry juice and orange juice to a pitcher.
Mix the juice while slowly adding sugar. Stir until all of the sugar dissolves.
Cut an orange into 1/8 inch slices and add to the pitcher.
Cut the strawberries into 1/4 inch slices and add to the pitcher.
Chill the mixture for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
Prior to serving, mix the coffee into pitcher.
Serve in chilled glasses with even amounts of fruit and a splash of club soda.
