1 can coconut milk, full fat, unsweetened
1/4 cup blackberries
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 dash of nutmeg
1 pinch of cinnamon
Place the coconut milk can in refrigerator and allow to chill overnight.
Skim the water off of the top of the coconut milk. Put the remaining thick coconut cream in an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
Slice cubes of coconut milk as small as possible and place in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until desired consistency.
