Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk, full fat, unsweetened

  • 1/4 cup blackberries

  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 1 dash of nutmeg

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Directions

  • Place the coconut milk can in refrigerator and allow to chill overnight.

  • Skim the water off of the top of the coconut milk. Put the remaining thick coconut cream in an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

  • Slice cubes of coconut milk as small as possible and place in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until desired consistency.
