1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Extra powdered sugar to roll cookies
Preheat an oven to 300°F.
Using a mixer, mix the butter, powdered sugar, pecans, flour, salt, and vanilla extract together.
Roll to form small cookie balls by hand.
Place the balls onto a non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
