Pancakes
1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoon water
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon dairy-free margarine, melted
Orange-honey margarine
8 tablespoon dairy-free margarine, softened
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
Pancakes
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Mix together 1 1/2 tablespoons water, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder in a separate bowl.
Make a hole in the middle of the bowl and empty the orange juice; water; oil mixture; and margarine into hole. Stir thoroughly.
Oil a pan over medium heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until golden brown.
Orange-honey margarine
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the pancakes.
