8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound sea scallops
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup prepared pesto
Cook the pasta according to standard package directions.
Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a bag or bowl. Add the scallops and toss or shake to coat.
In a large skillet, cook the scallops in butter for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on each side or until opaque.
