30 ounce jar tomato sauce
1 cup water
15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
14 pieces (8 ounces) manicotti noodles, uncooked
Set oven temperature to 400°F.
Add tomato sauce and water to a saucepan. Boil the mixture and stir frequently. Then reduce the heat and keep it warm.
Mix together all three cheeses, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Evenly disperse the cheese mixture into the center of the uncooked manicotti noodles.
Using a 13x9 pan, add 1 cup of the tomato sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Put all of the manicotti into the pan in one layer.
Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the manicotti and then cover the pan with foil.
Bake the manicotti for 40 minutes or until it looks hot and bubbly. Then remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
