1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 small shallot, chopped fine
1/3 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup sliced kalamata olives
2 tablespoons basilpesto
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil, shallots, tomatoes, and mushrooms in skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Turn off the heat and add the pasta, feta, olives, and pesto. Toss and serve.
