4 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Preheat an oven to 300 degrees F.
In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly whisk the egg whites. Slowly add the sugar and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto a baking sheet, creating a circle about eight inches in size. Use all of the mixture to carefully fill in the circle.
Bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave the meringue overnight, about 8 hours.
Arrange the fruit on top of the meringue as desired.
