2 slices of whole-grain bread
2 medium size bananas
1 small lemon
6-8 fresh mint leaves
4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
Place the bread in toaster and toast to personal preference.
While toasting the bread, slice the bananas and lightly coat the slices with lemon zest. Squeeze half the lemon over the banana slices and mix the lemon juice, banana, and mint leaves.
When the bread is finished toasting, spread the peanut butter on each slice. Then add the banana mixture on top and serve.
