6 ounces uncooked penne pasta
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a sauté pan, add the oil and sauté the mushrooms over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the basil, salt, and tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it, then add it to the sauté pan along with the feta and stir.
