3-4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
3/4 cup red wine

Preheat an oven to 350°F. Cook the pork chops in a frying pan with olive oil until each side is brown.
Put the pork chops in an oven safe pan and use the juices from the frying pan to cook the onions and mushrooms.
Add the wine, flour, salt, and pepper to the vegetables and bring the sauce to a simmer while stirring.
Add the vegetables and sauce to the pork chops and cover. Put in oven for 1 hour.
Serve with either rice or pasta.
