1 pound chicken breasts
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 can diet cola
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, stir, and set on low heat for six hours.
Remove the chicken and shred into smaller pieces using two forks.
Once shredded, place the chicken back in slow cooker for one hour.
Remove from slow cooker, cool slightly, and serve alone or on a bun as a sandwich.
