1/3 cup erythritol
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon mustard, ground
1 teaspoon onion, minced
1/2 cup raspberryvinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
8-10 drops stevia
1/4-1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Blend the erythritol, salt, mustard, and onion together in a food processor, add raspberry vinegar and re-blend.
Pour mixture into a bowl and slowly whisk in the oil. Add the poppy seeds and stevia.
Add xanthan gum slowly until desired consistency is reached.
