Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup erythritol

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon mustard, ground

  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced

  • 1/2 cup raspberryvinegar

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

  • 8-10 drops stevia

  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

  • Blend the erythritol, salt, mustard, and onion together in a food processor, add raspberry vinegar and re-blend.

  • Pour mixture into a bowl and slowly whisk in the oil. Add the poppy seeds and stevia.

  • Add xanthan gum slowly until desired consistency is reached.
