2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons marinara sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (low moisture, part skim)
1 teaspoon shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
On both slices of bread, place one tablespoon of marinara sauce and spread evenly.
On one slice of bread, evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
Place the sauce side of second piece of bread on top of the cheese to form a sandwich.
Cook each side in heated frying pan until the cheese melts and the outside is golden brown.
