6 slices wheat bread
1/4 cup Fontina cheese
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 garlic clove
Garlic powder to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Olive oil cooking spray
Cut the 6 slices of wheat bread into thirds and spray each piece with cooking spray. Rub a peeled clove of garlic against each piece of bread.
Place all pieces on a tray in broiler until the bread begins to brown.
Dice the tomatoes and add the tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to each piece of bread.
Sprinkle on Fontina cheese and place back in the broiler until the cheese begins to melt.
