1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
8 ears shucked corn
Cooking spray
Preheat grill.
In a small bowl, mix the butter, lime zest, lime juice, salt and red pepper.
Coat the corn with cooking spray and place on grill. Grill for 10 minutes, making sure to turn frequently.
Remove the corn from the grill. Brush each ear of corn with 1 teaspoon of the lime butter mixture.
