4 ears husked corn
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Turn on grill to high heat and coat the main rack with cooking spray.
