1 and 1/2 cups flour
4 ounces warm water
1 ounce plain yogurt
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Soybean oil or canola oil
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Add the flour and salt into a large bowl. When the sugar/yeast water is foamy, dump it into the flour. Add the yogurt to this mixture. Mix this all in the bowl using a spoon until it is somewhat doughy.
Then use your hands to mix until the dough becomes more solid. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes. Put it back into its bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Heat a large, nonstick pan on high until it is hot, then turn the stove down between medium and high.
Take about half of the dough and roll it out flat. Use a fork to prick the dough all over. Brush the dough with a small amount of oil and then put that side down onto the hot pan. Put a small amount of oil on the top of the dough.
Cook bread until brown then turn over. Watch the bread because it may burn easily. Cook the other half of the dough in the same manner.
