2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup softened unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups oats
1 1/2 cups raisins
Preheat an oven to 350°F.
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fluffy and light.
Combine the flour mixture with the wet mixture until no flour is visible.
Add in the oats and raisins and stir to incorporate.
Scoop about about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie and arrange 2-inches apart a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
