1 sourdough baguette (24 inch)
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, whipped
6 cups sliced fresh California plums
1 cup fresh basil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut the baguette into 24 slices. Place each slice into the oven and bake for approximately 3-5 minutes or until the tops become golden brown.
Remove the baguette slices from the oven and coat each slice with a layer of cream cheese.
Arrange several slice of plum on top of the cream cheese and top with basil. Serve immediately.
