1 medium head cauliflower
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Set oven temperature to 450°F.
In a re-sealable plastic bag or airtight container, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the cauliflower to the bag or container and shake.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for 15 more minutes.
Take out the cauliflower and sprinkle the cheese and parsley on top. Broil it in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until it is light brown.
