Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Set oven temperature to 450°F.

  • In a re-sealable plastic bag or airtight container, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the cauliflower to the bag or container and shake.

  • Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and bake for 15 more minutes.

  • Take out the cauliflower and sprinkle the cheese and parsley on top. Broil it in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until it is light brown.
