1 tablespoon margarine
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons hummus
1/4 cup basil, chopped
1 large slice tomato
1 slice Provolone cheese
Spread the margarine onto one side of each slice of bread and place one slice dry side up on a non-stick pan.
Spread hummus over the bread, then place the sliced tomato, basil, and Provolone cheese on top.
Place the second slice of bread, dry side down, on the sandwich and grill on the medium heat setting.
Flip the sandwich after a couple minutes, or when the bread turns brown, and continue grilling until the other side is finished.
