2 cups sauerkraut
1 cup diced onion
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon butter
Add the butter to a skillet and place on the stovetop over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until caramelized.
Add the sauerkraut and thyme to the skillet and cook until thoroughly heated.
