2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, sliced
16 cups Swiss chard, stemmed and roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat the oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté until golden, about three minutes. Set aside.
Add the Swiss chard, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes or until the greens have wilted.
Drain. Combine the garlic and Swiss chard mixtures, stirring well. Serve immediately.
