1 package ranch & bacon pasta salad mix
¾ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons reduced-fat milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
18 ounces lump crab meat
¼ cup thin sliced green onion
4 slices of cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
2 chopped medium tomatoes
2 cups thinly chopped lettuce
Make the pasta salad using package instructions, but leave out the seasoning packet.
Mix together the seasoning packet from the pasta mix, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise, crab meat, bacon, and green onions in a large mixing bowl.
Add the drained pasta to the mixing bowl. Put in a refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix with the lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
