20 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1/2 cup gluten free apple cider vinegar
3 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
Add the apples and vinegar to a slow cooker. It is expected that the lid will not fit on the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 10 hours and stir occasionally.
After cooking, add the white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves to the apple mixture.
Put the mixture through a blender in batches.
Add the mixture back into the slow cooker and cook 4 additional hours.
Eat as a spread on toast, in oatmeal, yogurt, or cottage cheese. Seal in jars or plastic containers to store.
