2 cups black beans
1 can (14.5 oz) tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 bay leaf
Combine the black beans, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, cumin, bay leaf, and water into a large slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for four to six hours or on low for eight to ten hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove the mixture and stir in the red wine vinegar. The beans are ready to serve.
