4 large eggs
1/3 pound smoked salmon
1 fluid ounce 2% milk
1 teaspoon dried dill
Low-fat grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Crack the eggs in a medium sized bowl and mix in the milk and dill.
Cut the salmon into small strips. Set this aside in a bowl.
Grease a frying pan with oil and place it over medium-low heat.
When the pan is heated, add the egg mixture. When the egg begins to set in the pan, add the salmon.
Sprinkle the desired amount of cheddar cheese over the omelet, and continue cooking until the cheese melts and the eggs are done. Serve immediately.
