1 8-ounce box whole wheat pasta
1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn
1 15-ounce can black beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded, low fat cheddar cheese
1 cup diced green bell pepper
Cook the pasta according to directions on box. When cooked, drain and add to a large mixing bowl.
Drain the liquid out of the cans for the corn and black beans. Make sure to put the liquid from the cans aside for later.
Toss all ingredients in the large mixing bowl with the pasta and stir well. Spoon in a small amount of liquids from corn and black bean cans if desired.
