1 large egg white
5 packets of artificial sweetener
2 cups English walnuts, shelled
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preheat an oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
Beat the water and egg white in a bowl until foamy. Add the walnuts and toss to coat evenly.
Pour into a strainer and drain for a few minutes.
Mix the artificial sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Add the walnuts, close the bag, and shake vigorously.
Place the walnuts on the baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
