Salad:
4 packed cups torn fresh spinach
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 small sweet onion, sliced
1/4 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
Dressing:
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Combine the spinach, strawberries, blueberries, onion, and pecans in a large salad bowl.
