12 ounces skinless chicken breast
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add in the garlic and cook until it is brown.
Add the chicken breasts to the garlic/butter mixture and cook thoroughly, adding salt and pepper to taste.
When fully cooked, sprinkle brown sugar on top of each breast. Keep the stovetop on low heat and wait about 5 minutes for the brown sugar to melt into the chicken.
