6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pat dry with paper towels
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2-1 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Slice the chicken breast into bite size portions or strips.
Spray cooking spray over a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for about 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Combine the honey, soy sauce, corn starch, ginger, and red pepper flakes and whisk until smooth.
Mix the sauce in the skillet and heat until the sauce marginally thickens. If necessary, use water to balance out the sauce if it thickens too much.
Add the sesame seeds, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
