3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
Cook the strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Crush the strawberries and remove from heat. Set aside and cool for 10 minutes
Add the milk and yogurt to the saucepan, stirring to combine thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
