1 1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Let the oats soften in the milk for a few minutes. Add the egg and olive oil and whisk to combine.
Stir in the baking powder and flour.
Measure 1/4 cup portions of batter onto a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook both sides until golden.
